“I have the privilege of being a part of several athletic events in the Oklahoma City area. One of the largest events I’m associated with is the REDMAN TRIATHLON. This event has grown tremendously in participation over the last several years. Keeping up with the demands associated with it is always a challenge. It takes a staff of 35 people and over 1,000 volunteers to make it work. In order to successfully manage and direct this event it’s critical to have people around me who know what they’re doing, and I can trust.
